Connerton is a beautiful community of single-family homes surrounded by a pristine 3,000-acre nature preserve full of wildlife, scenic views, and walking paths. Connerton's amenity complex offers family-friendly activities with a resort-style pool. You’ll find a mini waterpark for the kids, a fitness center, tennis courts, basketball courts, and a safe and secure trail system for running, walking, or biking to the Town Center. Plus, you’ll get to know your neighbors at monthly community events hosted at Connerton’s Resident Clubhouse. Connerton is a fast-growing community – soon to be its own town! Connerton is designated a “New Town” by the State of Florida, meaning it will become self-sufficient with its own local government, education, town center, commerce, and recreation center in the near future. The town will be comprised of four different villages with a downtown area, with even more schools like Connerton Elementary in the heart of the community.
